The boogeyman, the HPSC, and Nezu are all in a race to collect each of the mysterious, unknown villain, I.M.'s, twelve notebooks. In the shadows, rumors spread of a missing thirteenth notebook, the scant few charred pages of which have fallen into the hands of a select few.
Includes a dive into my unhinged spiral into how the hell to explain half of the things that happen in this anime. Featuring the noosphere, expansion on the like three things we've seen vestiges do, All Might's unhinged workout plan being a separate magic system, and using Midoriya Izuku's character trait (singular) as the main plot device.

Air Groove and Symboli Rudolf working together and eventually falling for each other during the latter part of Groove's career. I only depict sadness or darkness with the intent of showing how things might be able to exist in spite of it, but this will eventually be a romance first and foremost. After all, the world that they want to build for umamusume doesn't need to be built if there isn't a potential for problems, and they won't need to be lifted up if they aren't ever down.
Takes place in a post-Cinderella Gray spinoff AU I've contrived with inspiration by a few actual events from real life.
