  Summary

  Danny Phantom goes with his class (1A, newly including Shinso Hitoshi and NOT including any perverts) to the licensing exam.
  The class takes the exam, and Danny makes a friend (Toga). He has to deal with that once the test is done. (His teacher has to get involved, legally speaking.) Nezu doesn't mind chaos!
