She does not reveal anything, and claims that she will not, unless she is speaking to an Ackerman.

Armin. Armin Arlert, his comrade, was sitting in the middle of the floor, pant-less. Floch's eyes widened, grimacing and stepping back. Armin blinked at him. Floch's gaze dropped more, instinctively down to the pale colour of Armin's tights. He had thick stripes of red across his legs, blood bubbling up and breaking to run down his skin. Jesus fucking Christ. Floch almost immediately felt disgust and rage pulse through him.
The way Armin sat in front of him was almost solemn, an almost sort of calm acceptance like he hadn't been caught doing what he had—something so plain disgusting. Floch exhaled, trying to compose himself as he shook his head. He didn't speak to Armin, letting the silence stretch on. Armin watched as Floch takes a cigarette out of his pocket, lighting it and taking a slow drag. Floch exhaled before speaking.
“If you wanted to die so bad, you should have sealed your fate back in Shiganshina. Would have done the entire regiment a fucking favour," he spat, lips curled with disgust. Armin lowered his gaze, looking down to the old dagger in his hand that he had been using to cut with.
“I don't want to die," he says, voice quiet.
