Summary
Recently, Riddle felt like he...noticed Trey differently. No, perhaps not differently, but more like...finding the name to something that he'd apparently had been burying for long time. Something that was so out of the realm of him ever being allowed to have, that he dismissed it outright when it began sprouting inside him. He smothered it, ignored it, all while vividly hearing his mother's voice in his head: "That is not a part of the plan, Riddle. Anything unnecessary must be removed!"
But apparently, it had continued to grow without him noticing.
(In which Riddle finds Trey sleeping in the Heartslabyul lounge and, like a good housewarden, carries him to bed.)

Summary
Grace and Stratt spend a week together on a boat on the way to the launch station. Running out of time (more literally than either of them know at first), Grace decides to confront his growing feelings for her.
This series explores the way I thought things would play out between the two of them before I finished the movie and it was revealed that Grace was forced to go to space and that Stratt was lowkey kinda evil. (biggest defender tho!).
I haven't read the book (yet, I really want to!), so this fic is solely based on the impressions of the characters and their relationship that I got from (part of) the movie. I made sure to include some real movie scenes, which was more of a hassle than I thought, to make it feel a bit more realistic and like it had a substance. But yeah, ofc it's not canon for the most part. Especially the way it ends.
