It had been a normal day for the city's hero, Logic. Sure, Dee showed up unannounced again and was his usual nuisance of a self. Sure, The Prince caused more collateral damage than what would have been ideal. Sure, Logic was pulled into yet another fight, because if he didn't, who else would? But that was all normal. What was not normal, however, was when the Prince and Logic fell from a multi-story building. Despite the fact that they had superpowers.
Unfortunately, that can only mean one thing. And it's bad enough to be soulmates with your worst enemies, but they're also powerless. Now Logan can't protect anyone, Roman's going to lose his place at the top of the pyramid, and Janus is stuck with his own face.
There's really only one thing to do--team up and figure out how to undo fate.

Logan thoughtlessly entered the door with ease, fiddling with a loose NASA sticker on his laptop as he went inside the "Dark" Sides' living room, but he immediately stopped walking once he heard the television on their living room’s wall emit sound.
“Oh. Blue.” The side sitting on the couch while concealed in two blankets spoke.
“Orange.” Logan replied sternly, remaining still as if Orange was a tiger ready to pounce on his prey.
“So this is why Remus said that the living room was off-limits late at night.” Orange deadpanned, all ten of his eyes holding an unimpressed glare. “I thought he created some ugly monster that wandered around our living room that he didn’t want us to see, but it turns out, it’s just you. Not too far off, if I should say so myself.” Orange said grimly, averting his gaze back at what he was watching on the TV.

Summary
His relationship with Remus was difficult to describe, to say the least. Logan recognized that Remus was probably the closest thing he had to a genuine friend in this hell of a Mindscape, but at some point, there was a definite shift in their relationship, and Logan couldn’t find a proper word to describe it.
But even if they were close friends, Logan wasn’t sure if he was able to provide everything a stable friendship needed. He just wasn’t used to it. Moreover, his inability to defend Remus during the argument earlier just proved that he was— dare he said it— a worthless friend.
Logan picked up the pace of his mug-tapping as he buried his face further onto the table, his arm resting underneath his head.
Why did everything have to be so complicated?
