Summary
Despite that, it seems he's not the only one who knows how to play this game, for in the next moment she gently bumps her knee into Kaveh’s. The movement makes her already short skirt slip up even higher. That causes some reaction out of Kaveh; a mere clear of the throat before he asks her if she likes the new draft. Red lips curl up into a coy smile before she takes a sip of her wine and answers Kaveh’s question, as if she had done nothing wrong. Alhaitham feels his eye twitch and a scowl make its way onto his lips.
Perhaps she needs to be shown that Kaveh belongs to him and him alone, Alhaitham thinks.
