For one-hundred-and-eleven years, Bilbo Baggins dwelt in Bag End, in Hobbiton of the Shire, save for a brief journey into the Wide World. This is his story. BOOK-VERSE!
My thanks to Baranduin for the nice banner of young Bilbo, made with a picture of a young Martin Freeman, and to knowmefirst for the large banners and chapter headings, done for the wipbigbang.

Summary
Things are tense between the Hamada brothers. One wants their relationship to be how it always was, and the other begins to feel trapped. There is no way to escape the feelings, and Tadashi's over-protectiveness only makes things worse for Hiro. "I feel... suffocated." Hiro mumbled. "I can't do this with you anymore. I need some space."

Summary
"Not so much sent to retrieve as to convince."
Bilbo never expected to find the dwarves on his front step again and yet here are three asking him to return to Erebor with them when all that awaits him is pain. He took Thorin's words to heart and he refuses to set foot in the Lonely Mountain again. But what the King wants, he gets.
And thats how Bilbo ended up returning to Erebor, for a... short visit that somehow becomes quite long.
There might also be some magical intervention in the midst of it all.

Formerly titled: Telekinesis
Bilbo Baggins of Bag End had been born with an unusual talent: the ability to move objects with his mind. But only when he is reluctantly drawn into Thorin Oakenshield's quest he learns to wield this power. He faces orcs, trolls and a dragon, and also learns that even a small hobbit may play a larger part, that his heart is a whimsical thing, and that home means more than just a place.

Summary
Bilbo starts to suspect almost immediately that something is wrong in the mountain, what with how odd his Dwarrow are behaving, and that strange feeling like movement and watchful eyes lurking in the ominous dark of empty caverns. Not to mention the entirely strange statues every which way one turns.
It doesn't take long for the Company of Thorin Oakenshield to realise that they are trapped in the mountain and in a very perilous situation, and that Smaug's protections still lay heavy on the hoard. All they can do is run, and hope they can find a way to break the curse on their mountain, before they lose everything they set out to claim.

Summary
Bilbo agreed to stay in Erebor during the winter because... well, to be entirely honest because of Thorin.
He'd like to... he'd like a lot of things.
But at the very least Bilbo would like to find his way back to the friendship he had with Thorin before everything got all twisted up.However not everyone wants to be Thorin's friend, and not everyone is happy with how Thorin has been ruling Erebor, and most importantly for Bilbo's fate; not everyone is as blind as Bilbo. Which is why certain people decide that kidnapping the King's Hobbit to teach said King a lesson is a brilliant plan indeed.

Summary
Unlike other races of Middle Earth, some hobbits can see ghosts. Bilbo is one of them, but until Laketown, this talent never was of any importance. As he recovers from his cold, the ghost of a local boy makes contact - and through him, Bilbo learns that many ghosts linger in Laketown, Dale and Erebor.
In return, as the ghosts learn of his talent, they offer their support. If the dragon is slain, they hope for their peace to be restored - and for this, they will help the company. Though, as it turns out, the death of Smaug does not bring peace. And when an army of orcs descends, Bilbo agrees to accept the help of the dead, knowing it may cost him his life.

Summary
"Thorin was the essence of so many Buckland oddities, distilled into one misfortunate young hobbit, much to his infinite embarrassment.
Built like a stork, his father had said once, in an example of Thrain Brandybuck’s usual tactless humour. All beak and legs."
Thorin Brandybuck, just recently come of age, still lives in his family’s smial in Buckland, with his parents and two younger siblings. Thorin is an odd duck amongst his relations and neighbours-- unsociable, grumpy, shy, and awkward. And beyond that, he looks rather strange even for a Bucklander, strongly favouring the thick, dark haired build of his Stoorish blood.
It defies all sense and reason why Bilbo Baggins, an exemplar of all the respectable traits Thorin lacked, would ever desire a friendship with him.
Bilbo, as Thorin discovers, is not always as sensible as he appears.

Summary
Dwarves are born with a bone-deep knowledge of their One, but Thorin stops feeling the pull of his after the dragon attacks Erebor. Needless to say, he is surprised, and not initially pleased, to find his One living behind a round green door decades later.
Hobbits find a seed that represents their innermost self and can offer it to someone else to plant. This creates a bond as strong as deep roots in the earth between them. It is just like Bilbo, after years of thinking that no one would want his, to offer his soul-seed to a dwarf that does not understand gardening metaphors.
But just because they have found each other does not make the quest to reclaim Erebor any easier, and in the end a sacrifice is still made.
Thorin has to trust in the strength of the bond between himself and his One, because otherwise he will never believe that the sacrifice was worth it.

“Bilbo Baggins was a flirt. A charmer. And with his head of tumbling curls and soft smile, he was a very good one too."
Master of Seduction. Stealer of Hearts. Bilbo Baggins has been called all this and more, a product of his ability to get whomsoever he takes a fancy to into his bed before the night is out. A new partner each night of the week, he drops his marks as easily as he picks them up, writing about his sexual exploits for his column.
But then someone refuses his advances, and Bilbo is more determined than ever to win him over. Especially as Thorin Durin is perhaps the most gorgeous person ever to grace his bed sheets (he hopes).
All burglars know the cardinal rule: don’t let yourself be burgled while out stealing. Of course, this is exactly what Bilbo Baggins does.

Summary
AU after the first X-Men movie. While traveling through Canada on Xavier's tip, Logan comes across a strange mutant caged in a freak show. He can get him out, but actually saving him will be a longer process, and may take an entire family of mutants. And they all might just insist on saving Logan along the way, too.
Features bigotry, multiple scenes of "spot the comics guest star", lots of road trips, and gratuitous amounts of Canada.
