Sherlock leaned against the window sill, illuminated by the moon above Baker Street. He listened to the voice on the other end of the line while staring fixedly at the man who was sleeping soundly on their bed.
Moon light shone on the messy mop of hair, making it more silver than grey. Sherlock didn't dare blink, taking in all the details as if the man would disappear in the next second.
"Take care of him, for me." He interrupted the talking voice. A second of static, followed by a faint sigh.
"I will, brother dear." Mycroft replied.
