“They were right about you and Dokja dating.” Dokja and her brother shared another look. One of those that doesn't need words. It’s unnerving. She was missing something. She always is with those two.
“Mia, Joonghyuk and I, we’re no—”
“ But they’re wrong about me and Lee Seolhwa.” Joonghyuk cuts in.
Dokja sent a bewildered look at her brother, who ignored him completely to focus on Mia.

It stops growling, sitting back down, but it doesn’t stop staring at Han Sooyoung, almost as if glaring at her. She glares right back.
“Uhm.” Kim Dokja blinks.
He looks around the room. Everyone else is looking back at him, trying to gauge his reaction.
“Is this a prank?”
A scenario turns Yoo Joonghyuk into a wolf. Somehow, this reveals a little bit too much for Kim Dokja.

He doesn't turn towards Dokja, he doesn't know if it's a small act of mercy for himself, or for both of them.
Kim Dokja's mind processes his words.
Oh.
"Oh." He sounds breathless. "Oh, okay."
Yoo Joonghyuk waits for his response in bated breaths.
"I know a book about botany," he hears behind him.
"Will you let me read it?"
"Mn, maybe I will."
Yoo Joonghyuk lets a small smile grace his lips.
