Summary
Connecting stories about Jaskier and Geralt during the ambiguous time they've spent together. Doesn't have to be read in order, although parts from 5th forward are directly related. I however add a bare-bones summary of them at the beginning of the next one so hopping on without reading everything is possible!
The series name is lifted from lyrics of Love Run (intro) by the Amazing Devils. If you want to hear more of Joey's singing go check it out.

What a strange way to flatten something so beautiful, Jaskier thinks. What a small way to love.
Or: When Jaskier is hit with a curse that prevents him from having sex, he's lucky that the first person he meets is a Witcher. It's even luckier that Jaskier is used to hitting the road, because Geralt isn't waiting up.

Summary
He had been careful, oh so careful not to be caught. At least he thought he did. And yet, here he was.
Jaskier is caught accidently caught in the wrong place at the wrong time and ends up a captive of Witchers, a bloodthirsty savages who had stolen the Kingdom of Kerack. His life and liberty are now in the hands of the Warlord of the North. But these Witchers seem a bit different to the spooky childhood stories which keep every Redenian child up at night, especially the supposed warlord.

After the turmoil of war robbed him of his birthright, Jaskier endures life as a simple Bard in the court of Kerack, under the protection of his cruel, ambitious cousin. Until the night that Jaskier catches the attention of the Geralt of Rivia, Lord of the Clan of the Wolf, and is terrified to be gifted to the barbarian mercenary as a bed-warmer.
However, Jaskier soon learns that the White Wolf is not the man his dark reputation makes him out to be. He might, in fact, be Jaskier's only hope of escaping his harsh circumstances. If only Jaskier can convince Geralt to allow him to remain at his side ... if only Jaskier can avoid losing his own heart in the process ...

“Why do you wear that collar?” the witcher asks.
Jaskier startles. He’s been fiddling with it, he realises, a nervous habit. He didn’t think the witcher had noticed, even though those golden eyes seem to spot most things.
“It’s so people know what I am,” he says.
“And what are you?” the witcher says. His tone has turned surprisingly gentle. Perhaps he can hear the misery in Jaskier’s voice.
“Bound in service,” Jaskier explains. He tries on a smile. “It might not look like it, but I’m as much of a prisoner as you are.”
Jaskier didn’t exactly plan to escape from his master alongside a terrifying witcher. But it might turn out to be one of his better decisions.
