“I told Seraphina I wasn’t going to get involved in that,” Graves touches his scar unconsciously, which leads Newt to think that it was Grindelwald the one that attacked him.
“It’s not for MACUSA… It’s personal…”
Newt takes a step closer, prompting Graves to glance at him again, the magizoologist forces himself to look into the wizard’s dark eyes.
“My brother, Theseus Scamander, was looking for the dark lord when he disappeared. I think he has him… I don’t… I don’t want you to risk your life by helping me. I just want information, I won’t say where I got it and I won’t bother you again after that… Please, I want to see my brother again.”
