“Kushina,” Minato says desperately, and he’s well aware it sounds almost like a plea. “I need your help with something.”
Kushina looks him over, suspicion heavy in her eyes, and sure, he understands, but also—he really needs her help. “…What do you need?”
He almost whoops. “So you know my genin team?”
“…Yes….”
“The boy I added—Obito—”
“The one you were so excited to get because you thought it would be good for Kakashi?”
Minato slumps. “Yeah.”
“What about him?” Kushina’s eyes are narrowed suspiciously, and Minato is reminded of how attached she is already to Obito. It’s a relief.
“He and Kakashi. They don’t exactly get along.” Minato wishes he weren’t underplaying it as much as he is, but he’s pretty sure Obito’s still healing from the bite. “I need you to help me get them to.”
“And you have a plan.”
Minato sighs, holds up his hand and the magazine in it. “I have instructions.”

Aizen took everything personally, mentally cataloging every tiny slight to his personhood to repay people for their ‘kindness’, despite believing he was above it all. He said he was being fastidious and dedicated; Shinji told him he was being a petty bitch.
AKA Shinji should have watched her words; Aizen finally makes his move.
