Did you hear?” Zoro's ears twitched at the sound of gossip as two omega's passed by the tree he was napping under. "The clinic has two outsiders."
"No I didn't hear. Who are they and what happened?" The other person quickly asked, Zoro could hear the eagerness in their voice.
"Well, it looked like a father and son, they were found starving to death on a rock. The father cut off his own leg and gave all the food to his son." Zoro sat up, this was more interesting than a nap. They didn't have many new people in the village.

Zoro a Rottweiler hybrid meets Sanji a Turkish Angora hybrid when he and his father come to Zoro's small village after almost dieing. Zoro can't help but to curious about these new people and makes fast friends with the pretty blond boy. -

Summary
Zoro a hunter Esper (a human with heightened abilities) has always had a hard time with guiding, after Guide (a human who can ease the pain of Espers) Sanji's promotion she has been too busy to join in dungeon raids, Zoro was used to coasting off of the blonde's energy but now the corruption has built to a dangerous level, on the brink of a rampage. Sanji safely guides her.
They navigate a new professional, personal and sexual relationship all the while dungeons are beginning to act unusual, causing chaos and destruction. If they don't figure it out it could spell disaster for everyone.

Nami heard the sound of tumbling, crashing earth, and the sound of Sanji screaming. He never sounded like that, even back on Jaya with the bugs. Nami ran, forgetting her tolls, her pulse racing as she headed towards the sound. The silence was terrifying. No sounds of a fight or a struggle. Her shoes squished in the wet soil, the grass slippery under her feet, just ahead was the edge of a cliff. Trees brimming with fruit lined the edge of the island, a steep drop off and a huge chunk missing, Nami inched closer, cautious of the loose dirt and mud underneath. She peered over the ruined cliffside. Sanji lay on the beach, his limbs stuck in unnatural poses, blood trickling from his head, and many cuts.

Zeff watched as the last of the staff that were leaving sailed away. Unlike the grandline where storms popped up out of nowhere the East blue had a storm season. The old fishermen who had been through more storms than people had been alive said it would be a doozy, and from the look of the storm clouds gathering it would hit soon. It had been about a year since the Storm that capsized his own ship. The Baratie wouldn't sink so easily, he wasn't joining his old crew anytime soon, they rested in the sea, embraced by her cold waters. It was something that any sailor, pirate or marine took into account before they set sail. They all knew that one day they might find their permanent rest far beneath the rolling tide where the sun can not reach, where the sea kings roamed, and never again see the stars.

She didn't know how long she stood and watched she saw ripples upon the surface of the water as a blonde head breached the waves. They drew their sword as the other began to climb up the rope ladder, she had a bulging bag at her side. Sanji looked up at them, her bangs plastered to her forehead, scales dotted along her cheeks they shimmered in the moonlight, Zoro watched as they faded away. She pointed her sword at the other woman. Zoro's stripped tail lashing behind her.
“What are you?” Zoro demanded an answer. “Tell me! I know you're not human!” Zoro yelled at the blonde still clinging to the rope ladder. They hated this feeling, the loss of control. At this point they didn't care if she woke up the whole ship, they deserved to know what they had hiding among them.
“Your one talk!” Sanji shouted back at her, glaring up at them. “Unless that fur of yours just a well tailored fur suit!”

Across the crowded room, Roronoa Zoro lifted a sun-faded, wide-brimmed leather hat off his head and looked up to meet Sanji’s gaze for the first time in seven years. “Hey, cook,” he said.
Sanji calmly reached beneath the bar and hefted a shot glass into his hand, tossing it straight up and catching it in his palm to test the weight. Then he wound up and flung it unceremoniously at Zoro’s traitorous skull.

Sanji annoys Nami, especially with just how miserable Sanji is. So Nami decides to do something about it. Sanji is miserable as a man, so she'll giver her some forceful encouragement to transition.
