Summary
Naruto launches out of Kakashi’s lap and right over the desk, uncaring about the papers that crinkle under his bare feet, and then he’s taking quick steps towards Iruka, who catches him as if it's second nature. What isn’t natural is the fact that the boy seems to have lost three feet and fifteen years in the last twenty-four hours since the chunin had last seen him. But there he is, short legs kicking out happily as he perches on Iruka’s hip, giving the room an eye-crinkling smile that makes his cheeks look all the rounder.
“Naruto? What—” He puts everything on the back burner of his mind and focuses on the now, namely turning to the others and asking in his teacher voice, “What happened? Why is he…like this?”
“I’m not like anything!” Naruto says, arguing on principle alone.
When a strange jutsu turns Naruto five years old, Iruka is called for his most important mission yet: motherhood.

Summary
Teenaged Iruka was the prank-pulling terror of Konoha - and the constant target of one particular ANBU operative, Hound, who seemed hell-bent on making sure Iruka never got away with anything.
Adult Iruka is a respectable member of ninja society, an Academy teacher, and - for the last six months - the official guardian of Naruto Uzumaki. He's got his hands full making sure that the traumatised little boy he's taken in finally has a home where he can feel safe. Iruka hasn't seen Hound in years, and definitely never thinks about him (ever) (okay no more than once a week) (ish).
That is, until Hound turns up on Iruka's doorstep one night, carrying a stolen jinchuuriki - a living weapon capable of killing with a gesture, who's also a little boy with haunted eyes, no older than Naruto. And now Iruka's in WAY over his head.

Summary
In a final bid to save the world from Kaguya the last remaining shinobi devise a plan, after three years of running they look to the past. Of course with Naruto in charge it never goes how it was supposed to.
Now Shikamaru is twelve years in the past with Kurama living in his head. Deciding to make the best of the situation he tries to do Naruto proud.
Saving as many past enemies and hurt children as he can is his first priority. Second is to get rid of Danzo before the man can hurt anyone else. Third is to simply survive in past.
Everyone else is just very confused by the strange shinobi who turns everything he touches into chaos.
