Summary
what if I wrote a story where a human is kidnapped by mermaids. And they were forced to marry two mer princes because of a prophecy that said if the princes married a human they would be able to end the plague killing their people. But the marriage seems to do nothing and now the human is trapped deep in the ocean with these mer because mer bond for life and now magic ties them together so if they’re apart for too long they’ll grow sick and die. OH! And there’s a sea witch who creates chaos.
The sky had been cloudless when we'd set out this morning. The sun shone in the sky, causing sparkles to ripple across the waves as my father and I set out to sea in our small fishing boat.
We cast out the nets and had a good laugh as we waited to pull them back in, Father at the rudder and me by the tethers we'd connected the nets to. Neither of us noticed how still the water had gotten. Neither of us saw the shadows below the surface.Bookmarked by AlbinoLeopard

You are a space pilot. You kinda stole a ship. You also stole something kinda important from a bunch of people who are definitely not scared of killing people to get what they want. Now you need the help of the two AI assistants of the ship you stole to get to Sanctuary before you end up dead, or worse.
Also, you probably shouldn't let the AI know that you stole the ship. Or why you're running from those crazy people. They probably won't like that. Most likely. Also you probably shouldn't develop a crush on the AIs, that would just be awkward.
So don't start crushing on the spaceship robots. I'm sure they won't start crushing on you, either. Probably.
