Summary
The Ministry, through Umbridge, attempts to expose the DA by extracting Harry's memories and viewing them publicly via Pensieve.
The extraction succeeds, but what appears are not Harry's memories — they belong to an alternate, older version of him operating in a divergent timeline. They cannot be stopped or removed.
Harry watches alongside the school, the Ministry, and his professors as a version of himself who is more competent, more compromised, and ultimately more alone plays out a war Harry hasn't yet fought.

She turns out to be quite bad at this task, much to the chagrin of both herself and her enemy. Dark humor and whump in this slow burn between a very unlikely ship. Some tiny alterations to RE canon.
