    Quirkless, useless, a nobody. That was all anyone knew Midoriya Izumi as. But that was fine, she didn't need to be believed in.

    Not with the sheet white fingers clawing at the world around her, not with the corpse of her one true friend and first love splattered across her mind, not with Orimoto Rika protecting her, haunting her, cursing her.

    At least, not until she met a man with blazing white hair, a painfully bright grin on his face, and a promise that she could be more than just a failure, if she became a sorcerer that is.

    It was hardly a wonder she said 'yes'.

    Or: Midoriya Izumi is Okkotsu Yuta, and everything that comes with that fusion.

    Much like anything else in his life, waking up beaten and battered in a world not his own had not been his choice. A staggering experience, certainly, especially considering he had not expected to wake up in the first place. But there is something to be said about new beginnings, be they intended or accidental, especially when there was no world for him to be going back to.

    Peace was a faraway dream for Kurosaki Ichigo. But Pirates, running rampant on seas not his own, were famously known as dreamers, letting very little get in the way of stopping them. In a world as colourful as bizzare as this one seemed to be, what other choice was there but to get swept away with the madness, and learn to find himself along the way once more?

    And if he finds people along the way willing to take him into their fold? Well then perhaps he would find people he could protect; and this time, he would keep them alive.

    If Hikaru is a monster to the letter, then Yoshiki is a monster by nature.

    This selfishness, this repulsiveness that he shamefully hides under a veneer of aloofness, is nothing but what he truly is at his core. For the longest time, he has made his absolute best effort to pretend otherwise, to turn his face from the truth, to portray himself as anything but what he truly is.

    But by the same metric that Hikaru isn’t the same friend he spent his whole childhood with, Yoshiki is nothing but the culmination of everything he tries to conceal, and regardless of how much he tries to deny it, he knows himself better than anyone.

    And if he can believe that there’s salvation for a monster like Hikaru , then surely there must be salvation, too, for a monster like Yoshiki.

    Or: TSHD/JJK Crossover - Nobara and Megumi are sent to Kubitachi to exorcise a Curse and cross paths with Hikaru and Yoshiki.
