Summary

Just as Luo Binghe is set to permanently leave their shared bamboo house in search of a better, happier life suited for a protagonist, he is afflicted by a wife plot that Shen Qingqiu must help treat.
(This, of course, is just a coincidence.)
In any case, Shen Qingqiu takes his duties to ensure the wellbeing of the protagonist very, very seriously and maintains complete control of the situation.

The rich kids up there only saw someone who was both weak and below them, therefore perfectly within their rights to stomp on. "If they want to treat you like a dog, you remind them that dogs bite."
His sweet, adorable, little brother hunches his shoulders inwards and sniffles. The last of his tears are drying on his cheeks, the salt tracks already chapping them.
"But... Yuan-ge... Shizun says that-"
"Fuck him!"
Shen Yuan wakes up as something that shouldn't exist. He decides to be a good big brother.

Most people who read it would have been thrilled to find themselves in the world they loved, but most people weren't being transmigrated into the body of one scum villain called Vlad Masters.
Keeping to the plot means keeping himself alive, but that also means ruining a lot of lives in the process. He hopes that there's a better way to through this without dying, but with the way this world is written, does he even have a chance? And why does it seem like every character is acting OOC?
