Summary
The first time Izuku discovered the clinic, he was six years old.
It was his first time being severely injured since he was diagnosed quirkless. A couple of Kacchan's friends pushed him into some boulders and his arm ended up broken. Badly. But when Inko tried to rush him to the closest emergency room, he was denied treatment. So Inko, being the strong, smart, independent woman she was, took matters into her own hands.
As a quirk discrimination attorney, she had heard rumors of underground clinics that would treat anyone, no (medically unnecessary) questions asked. So the woman called in a favor and quickly located the nearest to the Midoriya household.
To the naked eye, it seemed to be an abandoned laundry mat, but once you were inside it was a fully functioning (if not very underfunded) hospital.
There were doctors and nurses (legal and otherwise) everywhere.
And that was when Izuku fell in love.

He was also the first Quirkless teenager to be expelled from the hero course on the first day. With his dream finally crushed and no way of recovering it, he found another way to help people— using his considerable talent for analysis. Now, he works as a freelance analyst, taking on whatever challenges appeal to him, and honestly? That's most of them, because all he's ever wanted to do is help people.
So when the teacher who expelled him and broke his heart years ago comes to him for help on a case, Izuku decides that he can put his broken heart to the side and at least look at the case notes. And if he happens to notice that there might be some chemistry between him and Aizawa Shouta, surely that's going nowhere, right? After all, what interest could the best underground hero in Japan have in him?

They're both very handsome teachers, and Izuku is so lonely his skin itches with it. He's ready to finally try being with someone, even if it is only for one night. Maybe they can make him a little less lonely? Maybe he won't get attached?
