    Summary

A couple of months with the Capitan was enough to change Ororon's entire life. But it seems the same cannot be said for Capitano.

After being left behind, Ororon is unsure how to continue living. Afraid to face the emotions that are slowly tying him in knots, Ororon refuses to visit Capitano on his throne. But once he finally does, he cant seem to stop.

Everyday, without fail, Ororon visits the Capitan, spending his time carding through the mans soul and memories. For some reason, Ororon's fractured soul seems to be more attracted to Capitano's than any other soul. But when Capitano unexpectedly awakes, and Ororon finds himself in the man's constant company, how will his soul, and his mess of emotions respond?

    Summary

“Shit- ow, ow,” Kaveh whined pathetically as he attempted to raise his arms above his head in a simple stretch, one that only seemed to bring him more misery.

“Would you like help?” Alhaitham asked as he flipped the page. He was careful to keep his tone disinterested, lest Kaveh grow suspicious of his intentions.

“When are you ever helpful?” Kaveh grumbled in response, splaying his hands cautiously over his lower back with a hiss.

It wasn’t an agreement, but it also wasn’t a denial – just one of the many contradictions that made up Kaveh. Alhaitham closed the book whose title he'd already forgotten and set it on the coffee table as he pushed himself up to stand, satisfied enough with Kaveh's non-answer.

“I’ve been known to commit an altruistic act every now and then,” Alhaitham hummed.

Kaveh has been in pain recently, and Alhaitham has a solution in mind. His plan works as intended – Kaveh starts to trade his bad habits for healthier ones, but that’s not all that changes. Kaveh is acting friendlier, or perhaps something more than friendly. Alhaitham is skilled at weathering Kaveh’s contempt – he’s not sure he can survive Kaveh’s affection.
