Summary
The job had been simple enough. Get inside Dabi's apartment and collect as much intel on him as possible. Risky and sudden, not to mention not how Hawks would've played his cards, but certainly doable. Or so Hawks had begrudgingly thought, before he ended up getting caught in a hurricane that left his life in shambles.

I've never drunk wine before but I bet this is what it feels like, rich and heavy with a mix of bitterness and sweetness. It cuts right through you.

Summary
“No.”
It’s a fair response.
“And you found him because…?”
An even better response. Hawks isn’t in the mood to answer it though. “I heard a cry; I was first on scene.”
Naomasa nods and everyone else buys the tale. They’re all looking at one thing only. Specifically, the A-Rank villain known as Dabi who is, for all intents and purposes, currently five years old.
aka, Dabi is turned into a child and suddenly turns a lot more talkative, leading to some (possibly unwanted) revelations.

Summary
In this world of Heroes, it's so easy to reach out a hand and help another up. In this world of Villains, it's so easy to tear another down.
It all starts, when Shouta Aizawa finds a young boy dying on the streets. As the police rush to find the boy's attacker, Shouta suddenly finds himself in a position to care for a child who is scared, traumatized and in desperate need of a parental figure. It’s only temporary he tells himself. At least, that’s the plan.
As each new turn in the investigation continues to add complication after complication, Shouta finds himself increasingly concerned for his young charge – and unwilling to give up a responsibility he wasn’t sure he wanted in the first place.

Summary
Dabi. How on earth had Hawks ended up in this mess? He is a literal murderer who regularly burns people to death. He is an asshole to everyone and has a god-awful temper. The only person he seems remotely fond of is Toga, he acts like he barely tolerates anyone else. He’s unhealthily skinny and absolutely covered in horrific scars. Keeping Dabi as just his mark should have been easy. But Keigo saw the beauty in his patchwork face and long legs, the caring and love for others that he tried to hide with insults. The silent displays of affection, the vulnerability of a man who was broken by life and is just desperately trying to hold the pieces together. Keigo was definitely never supposed to fall in love with his ugly, beautiful, angry, caring, patchwork villain. Now he can never love anyone else.

Bookmarker's Notes
So goddamn good. I cried several times. The commission's treatment of Hawks was *horrible* and written so well
