Thalia rarely prayed thanks to the spectacular example of parental responsibility her father was. However, she and her home was in deep shit. Waking up a second time in her pine was already a bad time without a monster army striking the camp’s barrier.

My sword being broken while fighting Atlas and his monsters was easily entering my top 5 bad luck moments right after the guinea pig incident last year. Annabeth was still milking that one every single argument. Ares really was a sore loser.

So when he gets involved in a villain attack he soon finds himself helpless, fighting a losing battle against time and the viscous slime forcing its way down his throat.
Before he loses consciousness, however, a green blur buys him valuable seconds. A small, quirkless green blur, to be exact; one filled with determination and intellect that are just begging to be refined by Nedzu's paws.
Yagi just hopes the world will survive the encounter.
