A season ⅞ story that has been rattling around in my brain for MONTHS. Finally ready to put it down on paper. Takes place after Olivia comes to see Elliot at the precinct following the fight with Blaine and the whole "I liked that shirt" conversation. Elliot is missing her, realizing he has feelings and sees her in a specific dress. The dress from the 911 episode (a crime he never saw her in it) and once he sees that...all bets are off.
