Ryan has seen the script, he understands that this is Tommy taking a leap by kissing Buck, and he’s not sure it’s going to be reciprocated, and they don’t want Tommy to come off as predatory. Ryan knows that’s why it’s gentle, and not heated. He likes what Lou does, first a little grab of the chin, and then using two fingers to tilt Oliver’s chin up. Honestly, that’s a pretty good move.
