Summary
Namine remembered running up to Sora and flinging her arms around him as soon as he visited her in waking. He was like her brother, especially knowing what he meant to Kairi. But Riki was a little tougher to figure out. His hug was warm and she liked how he towered over her. But her memory of him did little to prepare her for this version of Riku. The version that was all warmth and comfort and smiles that were entirely too charming for his own good. The one that ate with her every day even when he was busy and would check in on her to make sure she was adjusting well enough. That was too powerful of a Riku. And he really was so so much taller now. A few days later she was told that Riku would be her companion on the adventures she had requested to go on. And she was a little ashamed of how happy that news made her. Just a little.
Namine is pretty sure Riku sees her as a sister. Riku's not so sure.
