Summary
The reformed ‘Evil twin’ Chloe had more business in Gotham than she’d led on when first planning this girls trip. Alya, Kagami, and a few of the other friends from college were clearly done with the random meetings that Chloe had to step away for, but Marinette seemed a little sucked into it.
The problem was… They were good meetings. Productive and meant a lot for Marinette trying to grow her unknown and newly named brand. Chloe had the composure, and the audacity, to take over any board room and negotiate down to brass tacks. It was admirable in some ways, petulant in others, and Marinette knew that the beach on the coast of New Jersey was an easy skip in comparison.
