Summary

Yrliet Lanaevyss has lost her own home too. The Craftworld that saw her born was destroyed in a great cataclysm that claimed the lives of countless of her kin. She allied with the same Rogue Trader who dragged Marazhai out of Commmoragh.This is the rest of their story. What happens to two lost Aeldari, two strays fighting to find a home again - and who might end up finding it in each other.

Summary
It all starts with a realspace raid. Kaedrach is a wych of the Fallen Blades, a small cult trying to carve out their reputation and existence in the cutthroat society of Commoragh. Ava is nothing. A mutant, then a captive, then a slave. She has to try and survive the bottom of the Dark City when Kaedrach brings her home as a spoil of the raid. Both exist in the same space, but their universes are entirely different. One inflicting pain, the other only surviving until it is her turn to provide it. Kaedrach, a member of a parasitic race needing the other, and Ava only surviving as long as she can be useful. Yet, innocents do not survive in Commoragh. Both will have to chose just how far they are willing to go to fight for their existence.
This story was inspired by the 40k lore questions "what does middle class look like in Commoragh" and "what does Commoragh look like for slaves".Small warning, people die and get tortured in this fic. A lot. As for the non-con tag status, for a long time I had skirted over it and it was hinted at, not fully described, but chapter 11 goes there. So yeah. Mind the tags.

Eijirou Kirishima grows up next door to the Rappas, who care for him during his mother's late shifts at the hospital. The Rappas' son Kendo should be the ideal playmate—he's an alpha just like Kirishima and only two years older than him. As they grow up together, however, Kendo Rappa becomes...aggressive. Almost villainous. He insists that no omega is tough enough to handle him, but he's still adamant that he'll only take an omega as a mate—and Kirishima doesn't understand what he really wants until it's too late.
Most of this fic is set during Kirishima's first year at U.A. following traumatic events. The primary ship is bakukiri...with complications. It's second person POV but not reader-insert. If you're not used to 2nd POV, give it a chance—maybe you'll be surprised!
