    Batgirl regarded her, though it was impossible to tell what she was thinking with her mask hiding her face.
    “How did you do that?” Steph continued, “I mean, that’s amazing.” She let out a nervous laugh at the other girl’s silence. “Any advice for me?”
    Batgirl brushed past her, leaving Steph’s hand stranded in the air, “Become faster.”
    “Oh,” Steph breathed, the noise punched out of her, heartbeat slamming in her chest. She let her hand fall, watching Batgirl go. She hadn’t reacted to Steph’s words at all, so - it was just a coincidence that she’d said Steph’s words.
