“Sure you will,” Yuuta says, fondly. “Can I move now?”
“I totally will,” Yuuji insists, stung pride making the bluff come easy. “I’ll go right up to him and I’ll tell him that his favorite student’s dick just isn’t alpha enough for me, and can he please show me what a real—”
He cuts himself off with an undignified yelp.
“Uh huh. How about you tell him that his favorite student’s dick is too alpha for you, and will he pretty please fix the problem so you can slick all over his dick instead?”

It's Satoru's birthday, and Yuuji always knows exactly what he wants.
“Yuuji, I love you,” he declares, planting a series of wet, smacking kisses on his wonderful husband’s face. “Also, I wanna do it on the couch a lot. For nostalgia purposes.”
Yuuji draws him into another kiss, sweet and slow. “I love you too,” he says when they part, and then he follows it with, “I’ll put on a movie in the background, and you can spoil all the plot points for me. Just like old times, huh?”

Without taking his eyes off the envelope, Ilya leans down and sets his mug onto the wooden floorboards. He stares at his own name as though it belongs to a stranger. He hasn’t seen it rendered in Cyrillics in years; he hasn’t seen it in this elegant, slanted handwriting since he was a boy. It used to sign school notes and birthday cards and little I love you messages tucked into his bag before games.
“What’s this, Shane?”

Summary
Yuuji’s life changes after his grandfather’s death.
When did his grandpa meet Gojo-san, anyway? Yuuji had always thought he’d end up staying with a distant relative, or at least someone his grandpa knew well, and not the guardian of one of his friends.
His stomach churns, too warm and uncomfortable. Something feels wrong.
“Hey,” he says to the woman in front of him. “What was that thing I drank?”
She spares him a single glance. “Something to help bind you to the Lord Alpha.”
“You mean Gojo-san? Help bind me how?”
He doesn’t get an answer. He doesn’t get a chance to pursue one either, not when their whole entourage stops in front of a dark, wooden door.

“I need to sleep,” Ilya murmurs next to him on the bed, his voice distant.
“Yeah, me too,” Shane rushes to agree. His fingers drum against his glass of vodka and he chugs the rest in one go. “I should, uh…” He moves to stand up off the bed, the soiled towel dropping from his stomach, and his knees buckle.
Shane stumbles but remains upright, his vision blurry. But the glass in his hands slips from his trembling fingers, and, to his absolute horror, shatters all across the floor of Ilya’s penthouse suite.

After the hookup where Shane and Ilya didn’t kiss, Shane nearly passes out in his rival’s hotel room.
