Summary
In a universe where Wanda and Pietro fled Sokovia and Hydra, they never crossed paths with the Avengers. That is, until rumors of a mind-reading barista in close proximity to the Avengers compound emerge. Not willing to take any chances, the Avengers send their best spy undercover to investigate: Natasha Romanov, who doesn't believe in fortune tellers and is on a more important mission already.
Things turn south when Wanda and Pietro expose their true motives by accident and Natasha's primary mission goes sideways.This was supposed to be a quick One-Shot Coffee Shop AU, but it got away from me and turned into a complex universe where Wanda and Natasha meet under different circumstances - and with opposing views on the world that might drive them apart.

So... what really went down after Age of Ultron?
This is my take, it's messy, emotional, and a little painful.Natasha is traumatised and drowning in guilt from the Red Room. Wanda’s grieving Pietro and trying to survive all the trauma Hydra left behind. They’re both a bit of a wreck, honestly, and their relationship? Complicated as hell.
There’s love, trauma, healing (sometimes), breakdowns (a lot), and moments that’ll punch you right in the heart. But also soft stuff, fluff, and found family.
You’ll see a bunch of fan favourite characters too, some even get their own chapters and arcs. And yes, the ships are shipping because why wouldn't they be.
