To his gang he seems to be coping well, yet he's involved with selling drugs for the Shepard Gang in secret, Ponyboy struggles with the mental torment of being a homosexual in the 60's, unsure who to trust with his mental torment.

“About Yokohama. There’s rumors here about the people…usually only quietly murmured about, are different.”
“Different how?” Aizawa’s eyebrows furrow.
“Too powerful, despite being quirkless they have one of the strongest militaries and people who have lived through breaking through Yokohama's barriers, then escaped come back traumatized, disfigured and rambling about impossible things.”
“Such as?” Impossible things, what could he mean?
“Talking about powers…how they were more powerful than any quirk they’ve ever seen.” He frowns. “There’s also been reports of children born quirkless randomly developing these intense quirks then going missing, just to be seen later in government secret organizations or in Yokohama.”
“So you’re saying…” Aizawa looks at Mineta and thinks about the hunting dogs, insane capable soldiers, with lower failure rates than some pro heroes. “That woman used something on Mineta? Genuinely changing his age?” Aizawa's eyes open in pure horror.

Of course he can’t ask them to sleep with him for comfort, as his nightmares are still present, because only kids have nightmares. And Ponyboy was not a kid. But he still ends up having one, so he goes to the kitchen, where he meets Curly Shepard. Unfortunetly, Curly ends up taking over his bed and Pony has to sleep next to him…Or fortunetly?

Hisoka stood in front of his new apartment door when movement in his periphery caught his attention.
Huge black eyes were staring at him from across the corridor.
The gum Hisoka had been blowing popped. Loudly.
He held his neighbors gaze, registering pale skin and long, oh so long black hair hanging out of the door frame.
When the man slowly stalked closer Hisoka realized that he was tall, nearly as tall as Hisoka himself and painfully pale. Black hair smoothed down his back as dark as the ink curling around his biceps. His tattoos were beautiful, so finely worked and mesmerizing Hisoka nearly didn`t register the long kitchen knife his neighbor held in one of his hands. Or the strange red splatter across one of his fine cheekbones.Hisoka swallowed thickly around his bubblegum.
“I`m Illumi, it is a pleasure to make your acquaintance.”
And Hisoka nearly moaned. He had never met anyone in his life he wanted to fuck so badly in the first few seconds of making their acquaintance.
He grabbed the offered hand and pulled Illumi forward.
“Hisoka,” he said, getting impossibly closer. “And the pleasure’s all mine.”
