When Cas left home in the middle of the night, he didn't really have a plan. He just needed to leave. When he ended up in Lebanon, Kansas, he only planned on staying for a few days. He didn't count on a town full of kind, generous people, and a certain green-eyed baker who was always giving him free baked goods.
Dean has always wanted to travel, but he can't stand the idea of leaving his hometown forever. He's never been able to find someone who understands that, and most of the people who come to Lebanon don't stay, so he's sworn off serious relationships. Until a drifter with blue eyes and a caffeine addiction makes himself at home in his coffee shop.

Summary
There’s no point in mincing words. Sam is dead, and without him Dean is a drunken shell of who he used to be. When he finally pulls himself out of a growing pile of whiskey bottles, Dean finds it hard to go back to his life. With one flippant comment from a friend, Dean thinks he might finally have a way to make peace with the loss; Sam was an organ donor, and Dean’s going to find the recipients, talk to them, and see how their lives are better because of his little brother. For the first six stops on his road trip, things go mostly according to plan, and then he meets the man who has Sam’s heart. Dean had hoped he might find peace on this trip… he never expected to find love.

Written for the kink meme prompt: Castiel is an omega and a single parent. Dean is his little boy and he just presented as an alpha. Despite the fact that Dean is getting too big to sleep with him on the same bed he lets him because he just can't be separated from his pup for too long.
Thing is, Castiel forgot to take his supressants this month, or he recently changed the brand and this new one doesn't have any effect. So he wakes up in the middle of the night unbearably horny and desperate for a knot. Luckily for Cas, there's a young alpha sleeping right next to him, so he wakes Dean up and his son pops his first knot inside his dad.
Bonus if Cas really gets off on dirty talking Dean about how much he wants to have his son's pups.
It can be dub or non-con, Dean can be a kid or a preteen but I would prefer if he's younger than 14.

Dean wasn’t the type of person who did this kind of thing. He just wasn’t. GISH?? Ugh. The whole thing was just further proof that Dean would do anything his brother wanted him to do. Why else would he be in a Stormtrooper costume, calling up his ex-girlfriend for a private yoga class? Had he been stuck in a rut that long? Given that he’d been pining for the same freakin’ guy, his professor and coworker no less, for three long years… maybe.
Cas was definitely the type of person who did this kind of thing, not that many people knew that. He was one of the most well-respected professors at KSU. His students and coworkers didn’t need to know that he was captain of a GISH team, or that he knitted kinky accessories and made art with his online friends. His TA certainly didn’t need to know either. Just professionalism, of course. Nothing at all to do with the failed attempt at a relationship, three years of pining, and frequent inappropriate daydreams.

Summary
Castiel made one mistake and it landed him with a child. Knowing his brothers would never accept an unmated omega with a child, Castiel chose not to tell his family about Samandriel for six years.
But Michael found out anyway and Castiel soon finds himself on the run from his furious family. To save both his and his son's lives, he flees into the wilderness, where the 'wild folk' reside and they must learn to live as wolves rather than humans if they are to survive.
Except, the wild folk are not the savages Castiel was led to believe whilst growing up, and he finds that maybe being a member of Dean's pack isn't so terrible afterall.
Then his brother, Gabriel, shows up and takes an interest in Dean's omega brother, Sam. The problem?
