Andrew has been doing this for a year and a half, per Betsy’s request. Or rather- suggestion as she likes to put it. With arguments that Andrew would be doing good, helping omegas who could otherwise be put in a mental facility or shunned from society due to their inability to regulate themselves or their emotions.
