Summary
Jason never intended to be a camp director. In fact, his being a camp director kind of all happened by accident. However, after an uneventful first day, Jason tries to look on the positive. He hopes the rest of the summer goes off without a hitch only for a camper to get bitten by an animal in the early hours of the morning. Thankfully, the wound doesn't look bad. After being treated, the whole thing gets pushed to the back of Jason's mind.
At least until a month passes and on a full moon night, Jason gets bit too.

Summary
"Never before have I ever seen anything... so vicious," Salim wasn't lying when he said that but he also wasn't telling the entire truth. These things, these aliens, they were once his kin. The blood that once ran through their veins was what pumped through his own. He never thought in a million years that he would be walking through the very Ark that his parents fled from when it crashed on Earth so long ago.
Salim also didn't think that he would end up imprinting on a loud mouth American by the name of Jason Kolchek.

Summary
Jason dropped to his knees as he heard the clacking sound of the elevator going up, leaving him and Salim behind.
Eric, Rachel, Nick… They left because he chose Salim over them. They left because they saw him as a traitor who had disobeyed his superiors’ orders just so he could save a man who wasn’t one of them, but an enemy.
Except Salim wasn’t an enemy, and he had become so much more than just a temporary ally while exploring the temple and underground with Jason. He became a confidant and a friend. A very precious friend. One that Jason had absolutely no intention of losing, and even more so after being forced to find another way out of this hell.
TL;DR: An Alternative Universe in which the other survivors leave Jason and Salim behind, so they must find another way out of the cavern if they want to continue living. Talking, banter and feelings ensue.

After a moment's hesitation, Salim asked, “Your friend, the alpha… he could read my scent? From that distance?”
“Jason’s got a better nose than anybody,” Nick answered as they walked, “Good enough he can even sniff out landmines. We sorta call him ‘Bloodhound’ for it.”
Salim nodded, knowing he'd have to stay away from ‘Jason’ more than anyone. He’d evaded anyone accidentally discovering his omega orientation before, and he wasn’t about to have a hotheaded jarhead ruin his cover now.

His teeth scrape against Bertholdt's ear, making him shivers in euphoria, "I know you've been trying to get my attention, you attention seeker,"
Bertholdt bites his lips as Reiner lets out an exhale somewhere between a gasp and a laugh directly on his ear,
"...I know you have been wanting this. I'm sorry for being too focused on preparing my game. Let me make it up to you,"
He does want this. Preferably not in locker room, but it's become difficult to deny how badly he wants this too. Locker room be damned. The butterflies in his stomach flares as Reiner cups the back of Bertholdt’s neck and kissing the top of his raven hair.
"Okay," he gives up now, he is aching for it, and the aches he feel is just too much, "—I won't be responsible if you get kicked out of the team, though" he croaks out.
Reiner laughs at that, kisses his brows as Bertholdt's heart soars,
"Don't worry, love. I won't,"
