Summary
“So…What better trophy than Asgardian royalty? I offer myself in exchange for your military aid.” Loki hated this, hated how he needed to roll onto his back, and it wasn’t the fun kind, in order to gain what he needed. He had nothing else to offer. His home was gone, anything of value he might had owned was gone, his family might as well be gone…It was just him. Finally, he clenched his jaw and did what he had demanded of other people so many times in the past.

After the destruction of the Statesman and knowing what Thanos has planned, Loki desperately seeks aid in hopes of stopping the Mad Titan before it's too late. This lands him on the doorstep of a forgotten race whose king looks eerily like himself, something he tries to ignore while maintaining a shaky, but temporary alliance with the Avengers. While he intended the aid to be temporary and had plans of returning back to the remaining Asgardians, the chance meeting sends his life careening in a wildly different direction than he ever expected.Infinity War AU that ignores everything that happened in Endgame.
