The elegant, black fabric wasn’t completely out of his comfort zone, and despite his diminished confidence, even he could admit he looked good. The pads of his fingers slid over the lace detailings, the fabric cinched deliciously at his waist, hem just inches away from his knee. The redhead groaned, deep and guttural as Atsumu pushed down on his leg. His eyes were shut as he attempted to relax, the stretch of his aching, exhausted body sending a sense of pleasure through him. Maybe he’d been neglecting his cooldowns lately in favour of extra time; maybe he’d pushed too hard today. All that really mattered was that he felt good, and clearly his body was in need of a little R&R.
“That good?” Atsumu questioned.
“God yes,” Shouyou practically moaned, “feels so good.”
Atsumu let out a breathy laugh, the tone in Shouyou’s voice tingling throughout his body. He silently scolded himself, knowing full well he probably shouldn’t be letting his teammates pain relief become possible source material for his own. With an exhale, Atsumu shifted to release his pressure slowly, Shouyou sighing in a way Atsumu swore was lewd and not his twisted mind playing up the tone.

Kageyama frowned. His body urged him to move, but his feet remained firmly planted in place as he fought with his omegas calls. Instead, he glared back weakly at the taller man. Hinata shifted in place on the counter where he sat, suddenly restless and unable to sit still. Opening his mouth to rebut, he was quickly cut off by the wave of cedar and oak laced with petrichor. His body tensed, eyes fixated on Kageyama’s tired, flushed face. The smell was heavy and thick as it filled the room, entire body suddenly on fire as his heart sped in his chest. The feeling zipped through him, a shiver running down his spine and straight to his cock.

Any match left them both unable to sleep. Even with one of them on the side watching, the energy of the court flowed through them with force. Tonight though, tonight was also a win. Hinata blubbled, loudly waving his arms as he recounted each play with a smile that could rival the sun in how he glowed. Kageyama rested his hands on the red head’s knees, thumbs stroking softly, wearing an off-kilter smile whilst he listened with equal exuberance. It may have not shown outwardly, but Hinata could always feel it - the way Kageyama’s eyes lit up the way they did on court. Watching the way the taller man seemed to vibrate with feverish excitement whilst he talked about a match, it made Hinata’s chest go all gwaaaah.

Hinata’s hand brushed against Kageyama’s arm, causing the taller boy to flinch. His striking blue gaze snapped to meet the sleepy eyes that reached to touch him, reflexively deepening his scowl in response. He heard Hinata whisper a sorry as his hand dragged down his arm, pushing the pen from his fingers to make room for his own. Interlocking their fingers, sleepy brown eyes bored down into their touch, refusing to meet the one that watched him intently from above. Kageyama could feel his heart beating in his throat, rough pads of fingers tracing over his own expertly cared for hands.
All touch between them still felt new. It was as if every moment spent together was an exploration, relearning one another from the ground up. The closeness built up over years seemingly reset by the reveal of a deeper connection they’d both unspokenly shared in secret. Suddenly intimacy sprung from the smallest interaction, want, desperation, to experience, memorise, every detail of each other's souls.
