AU. Ten-year-old Harry gets a visit from Severus Snape, his mother’s husband. Snape tells him the truth—that Harry’s not a human child, but a magical construct created by the force of James and Lily’s original marriage, who could dissipate at any moment. Snape promises to supply Harry with potions to put off that fate if Harry hides his identity and never approaches his “parents’” families. Summary
For unknown reasons, every time Harry defeats Voldemort, he goes right back to the night he finds out he's a wizard. At first it's exciting, unlocking possibilities to save everyone he loves. After some rounds he goes into Slytherin, realizing they're not that bad, only surrounded in the same unfortunate circumstances. But then it starts to drive him crazy, what is he doing wrong? What stops the loop? And what is the strange feeling he's starting to feel towards the Prince of Slytherin?
