When Stiles heard a deep growl, he was sure he was going to die a damn virgin in the woods like a witch’s sacrifice.
Behind him stood a big wolf-like beast with glowing red eyes, looking like the personification of every nightmare Stiles ever had.He didn’t think, just started to run in whatever direction away from this beast. He made it a total of three steps before he was thrown on the ground, face in the dirt and crawling away when he felt a debilitating pain on his right hip letting him cry out loud, tears running down his cheeks.
Stiles was sure he lost consciousness, ‘cause when he opened his eyes again, he was alone, the wolf nowhere to be seen. He made the way to his jeep in record time, the pain in his side making him forget his hurt ankle.
When Stiles reached the safety of Roscoe’s driver seat, he lifted his hoodie and shirt, examining the ugly gaping wound.As it looked, he was going to die from an infection or rabies after all his trouble to survive this hell of a day.
Or, Stiles gets bitten instead of Scott, learns what it means to be a werewolf while managing high school and accidentially falls in love with Derek on the way.

When Peter finds the pack is not meeting his needs, he decides to take action. He needs to make sure he forms a pack bond with the one member who is unlikely to realize how much Peter needs him. After all, Peter would prefer that no one understand the depth of his need. That would make him vulnerable, and Peter is far too much of a realist to allow others to see that.
