Summary
Maomao was born to Fengxian of the Verdigris House and Lakan, oldest son of his family and upcoming strategist. Her mother, shortly after giving birth to her, was able to be bought out by her father as her price plummeted. There was a hiccup, her father being banished for three months, but he was able to return promptly and free Fengxian once Maomao was delivered.
She grew up going between their home and visiting her mother's old friends and acquaintances, now though, her father has invited her to visit his work - at the Emperor's palace.
