“It changed me,” Neito said quietly, barely louder than a whisper.
Mei stood up then, and she reached forward to circle Neito in an embrace. Neito stiffened for a moment, before he melted against her– wishing he could be rid of the tightness in his chest and the heaviness on his shoulders.
“You're a good friend, Neito,” Mei whispers against him, and Neito wants to lock up the words, deep down in his soul.

He went to Shiketsu in the general studies course Instead of UA. This crushed him of course but he found he didn’t mind too much. Izuku planed to never see Kacchan ever again but of course,

______________________The annual Villain Day happened once a year. Once a year, all of UA’s Hero Course would take on a persona and take part in an all out brawl live streamed to all of Japan, fighting to be the last one standing.
Post Kamino, Midoriya wanted to spark change in Hero Society.
All Midoriya needed was a platform for this change.
He might be going a tad overboard, but his father always told him to never hold back.

“Who’s Eraserhead?” And isn’t that a trip to hear Midoriya saying, especially since he was the first to actually figure out who Aizawa-sensei was.
“We’re students?” Surprisingly, it’s Todoroki who says this, completely deadpan.
“What are students?” Uraraka chirps cheerfully.
…Momo does not think that any of them really understood each other.

Chako-chan marches up to the villain who used his quirk on him and Shou-chan all those weeks ago, and shoves him, hard. “I recognise that costume and that stupid mask!”
Please, Chako-chan. They're still in uniform, and the class is all here.“My mask isn’t stupid!” The villain protests, not at all sounding very mature.

It wasn't exactly how Izuku had seen his day going. He could honestly say that killing the No. 2 Pro Hero had not been part of his life plan. Well, what was done was done. Accidents happened, and his accomplices in both the murder, as well as the cover up thereof, were actually very nice people, so really he couldn't complain. That Endeavor's son was one of them, they were all future classmates in UA's hero course and that the accidental killings just kept piling up when no one else seemed to have similar issues were all minor details really. After the fourth time it happens, though, they decide that they should probably get that under control before they ended up full time Pros. Or in Tartarus. Maybe becoming quirkless vigilantes would help?

When they get their licenses, this is indicated by a seemingly innocuous arrow typed after their names, playfully known as Death Daggers by those who have them, and almost completely unknown by those who don't.
Shouta Aizawa has a death dagger on his license on account of it only being logical to have all options available to him if he needs them, so he knows what someone has to do to get that mark.
So could someone please explain to him why four of his students, who don't even have their heroes licenses yet, already have a license to kill?WARNING: This gets very dark, very fast.

“Hey guys, guys! Hey, chill!” Izuku shrieks frantically, right as one of the players boards their ship and starts shooting. “CHILL THE FUCK OUT!”
