Summary
After an accident at work, Kaveh sort of dies. But he is granted a chance to come back to life if he can get three people to shed tears of pure love for him. He thinks that would be easy, since he has so many friends, but soon realises that it's not as easy as he thought it would be.
Meanwhile, a grieving Alhaitham is very confused by this new stranger in Sumeru City who acts so much like Kaveh, but is not Kaveh.
“Well, I promise you, Kaveh will be very okay with it. I’m sure of it.”
“If I’m not convinced, will you be suddenly bringing me a letter allegedly written by Kaveh that expresses his agreement?” Alhaitham asked with a raised eyebrow.
“That letter was written by Kaveh. One hundred percent. I don’t know why you keep doubting me,” Kaveh insisted.

Aether was confused. It felt like his world was engulfed in a neverending nightmare. Everything felt wrong, terrifying, and lonely. The tears had stopped falling, but his vision never got better after he watched his other half disappear through that portal. Without her Aether felt like he was cracking, unravelling, and even if he tried to rebuild and restring himself a hundred times over it would never be enough. All he wanted was to run until his feet bled and his lungs tore open; leave his rotting body for mother nature to take somewhere even the Abyss wouldn't reach him. But fate had other plans.

The traveller twins wake up in the Abyss, meet Ajax the Childe and end up joining the Fatui with him.
“Hello! My name is Ajax!” Ajax tells his new friends. It feels refreshing to speak to someone again after so long. “What’s your name?”
The babies look at him with their glowing golden eyes. Now that they have stood up, he can tell for certain that they aren’t as small as his little brother Teucer. However, they are definitely still smaller than Ajax. The babies look happy to see him too.
“Hi Ajax! I’m Aether, and this is my twin sister,” the boy says.
“I’m Lumine.” The girl also gives her name. “It’s nice to finally meet a human!”
Given where they are, Ajax thinks it's nice indeed to meet a human.

Summary
To be able to receive a supreme gnosis Scaramouche has scrubbed away all trace of human emotion. Though for some reason his body aches, screams and curls in on itself after he has finally pushed the power container into his chest.
Ignoring the pain, he searches for someone to test his powers on and luckily stumbles upon a maple wearing stranger.
However, the torturing pain in his chest grows all the more consuming until he is barely able to move anymore. Nonetheless, he needs to get himself together in order to rub his supremity into his creator's face - whatever the costs are he will gladly bear them.
