Summary
It's the start of something new as Luigi moves out of the mushroom he shares with Mario to live with Bowser in his castle. Since it's finally just the two of them, this is the perfect opportunity for to talk about expectations and what each of them wants in a relationship... except that Luigi isn't confident enough to share his worries about the whole thing. Bowser, on the other hand, has the opposite problem and is planning so much for the future that Luigi feels as if he can't breathe. With such "excellent" communication skills, it's only a matter of time before the Koopa King overhears something hurtful. He leaves before Luigi can apologize or even explain. Determined to prove that he really does want a relationship with Bowser, Luigi sets off alone to bring him back, but finds that he's not the only one in need of a rescue.

Summary
The Gn’ael’ya convoy had chased the Khanre Steadfast for 47 galactic cycles when they finally responded to the desperate hails their quarry had been sending on a four-hour repeat. A wall of silence since their initial “prepare to be destroyed”, but they were ready to negotiate, the message said. A party was welcome to come to the flagship and discuss “terms that would be pleasant to both parties”.
It didn’t take long for the relieved discussions of how their pursuers were finally ready to talk circulated the Steadfast’s halls, and that relief was as-swiftly followed by hushed explanations of how exactly the Gn’ael’ya negotiated. And then there was an expectant, waiting silence, crew members glancing at each other and wondering.
Or: in which an ability to eat hot peppers and toss back shots comes in really handy.

It's Hancock's birthday, and Goodneighbor goes all out with celebrating ten whole years of their mayor's noble leadership.
The Institute, however, has never been a big fan of Hancock's ability to make Goodneighbor less terrified of them. He was dangerous and an outlier. So they decide to send up a little birthday gift of their own.
