But Aizen was clear in his demand and he was adamant about the order. "Capture Ichigo Kurosaki and bring him to me, alive," and when the Espadas succeed the entire course of events in the war against Aizen is turned on it's head with Ichigo at the heart of Las Noches, chained, restrained and at the fingertips of his creators will. Meanwhile the Gotei 13, as well as our friends in the world of the living is scrambling both to prepare for war, as well as dealing with the aftermath of their strongest card suddenly landing in the hand of the enemy.

Basically, Grace gets exposed to a dangerous amount of radiation during an EVA and doesn't want to tell Rocky bc of what happened to Rocky's crew <3
THIS IS A REWORKED VERSION OF "TEMPEST" - after some comments, I wanted to keep the soul of the story, but make it more scientifically plausible. While there are still probably some inaccuracies, I still hope this isn't as messy as before.

Le'enthe is a young and impetuous Na'vi struggling to find his place in the world, his clan facing increasing pressure from the Sky People's intrusion. But the RDA aren't the only intruders, it turns out; a small Yautja hunting party has also arrived, and they're just as surprised by the humans' presence on their would-be hunting grounds. When Le'enthe crosses paths with Javekk, it throws both of them off course, and they will have to learn to work together in order to both save Le'enthe's clan, and to find a way to return Javekk to his own.
But Pandora's allure can't go ignored even by the most hardened of Yautja Hunters, and Javekk can't deny the kindred hunting spirit he finds in the Na'vi. Le'enthe will find himself caught between worlds, the peace of his childhood shattered by the RDA, and his future uncertain, suspended between the expectations of his reclusive clan and his strange, warlike new friend who feeds his desire to fight.

Summary
Following the events of the Sea Dragon incident, Quaritch finds himself on the shit end of the stick with the RDA and one seething General Ardmore. His loyalty is scheduled to be punished -- the moment the paperwork needed to kill something as expensive as him and Wainfleet finally goes through.
Disillusioned and weakened by the cruel and unusual treatment (while still being forced to play security for infrastructure development), he finds himself injured and in the hands of the Omaticaya -- where he is now held prisoner, and given the opportunity to reassess his priorities, in exchange for a further delayed execution.
So -- under the suspicious watch of Spellman, and the rest of the People his predecessor attempted to destroy -- he does.
