With the true perpetrator dead, it eventually sets its sight on the Jedi.

It took the Jedi a bit, to find out why there always seemed to be so many whispers whenever they walked by. Whispers that ceased when the men caught sight of them and tried to look like they hadn’t said anything at all.

Summary
That was it. That was the end of the Republic. All that was left was one thing – a thousand years of plotting, planning, deceiving, influencing, manipulating, waiting had built up to this very second.
Still cackling, Sidious activated his open channel to the entire GAR.
---
“Commander Cody, the time has come. Execute Order 66.”
Cody’s first thought was 'well fuck, he’s the Sith' and his second was 'fuck you.'
---
(or, the clones always knew about the chips and the possibility of Order 66. Six months into the war, after bonding with their Jedi, they get rid of them. Three years later, Sidious initiates his grand masterplan, calling all the clone commanders - and finds himself astonished to get hung up on.)

Alternative Order 66 by Countryheart
Fandom Star Wars - All Media Types, Star Wars Prequel Trilogy, Star Wars: The Clone Wars (2008) - All Media Types

Summary
A series of unconnected (or at best losely connected) oneshots about an alternate Order 66 where things happened differently from canon, but not necessarily in a better way. Deviates from canon in most cases, including no Anakin falling, no Anakin/Padmé and no Ahsoka leaving. Focus lies on the relationship between the Jedi and the clones.
Mind the tags!
Follows no chronological order, can be read as stand-alones.
i. Instead of the clones, the civilians of Coruscant march on the Jedi Temple. (dark)
ii. The clones removed the chips six months into the war - Palpatine's masterplan doesn't work like he imagined it. (crack)

Summary
A series of connected oneshots all leading up to, playing during or after my main story Light in the Hall.
Canon Divergence: Most of this this was written pre-season 7 of TCW and the season 5 finale as well as everything after it was changed.
I kind of merged the story in a certain way to connect it to Revenge of the Sith which means: Palps already appointed Anakin as his personal representative on the Jedi Council in season 5, but Anakin didn't throw a tantrum when he stayed a Knight because he knew, once Ahsoka, who didn't leave, reaches Knighthood, he'd become a Jedi Master anyways.
And while the whole business with Fives was going on, Obi-Wan was sent to Utapau, Aayla to Felucia etc., so Order 66 was averted and Palpatine killed in early season 6.
More canon events changed: No Anidala, no Ahsoka leaving, Obi-Wan has a new padawan at the same time Ahsoka is Anakin's, Barriss isn't evil, Fives lives, Waxer lives and more.
Features Anakin having a good relationship with the Jedi and the Order (later + clones) as the Found Family trope. Extensive Jedi & clones friendship, fluff and love.
Happy ending is guaranteed!

Summary
A penny for your thoughts, my good sir? Let the light it reflects clear your worries. A burden shared is a burden halved, after all.
They say that in addition to the spirits of the world, there are also guardian spirits that watch over individuals. It is debatable whether everyone has one, or if it is just for people who have caught the spirits’ attention. The former is comforting; the latter definitely is not.
Sometimes, Iroh wants to find his nephew’s guardian spirit and throttle it.
--
Zuko and Iroh try to make a life for themselves in Ba Sing Se, but Iroh never predicted the extent to which the city he laid siege to would go to in order to cover it all up. The crimes of this war pile higher and higher, and if he can't protect the people he loves, it's about time he does something about it.
...right after he gets out of prison.
OR: Iroh's POV during the events of Stand and Deliver.

This is a robbery of everything you’ve ever been. Prince Zuko, stand and deliver.
A single point of light circles around and around, never stopping, never going out. It’s fitting, given the circumstances; there’s no choice available but to go along the same track over and over again.
Joo Lee rises in the walled city of Ba Sing Se. He stands; he delivers.

Revali works hard for what he's got, what he's done, and what he's going to do. He owes it to his Elder, in the very least. Why, WHY does that insufferable knight have to be so fucking perfect? So effortless. Whatever. Mind over matter. Nothing will ever overcome Revali, established Pride and Champion of the Rito. Especially not his own mind and body.
OR:
Revali pushes himself much too hard, and for literally NO REASON. SO when the champions try and talk some sense into him he genuinely crashes out for some reason. Guess you'll have to find out why.

Summary
The Water Tribesman knew they were wondering if his relationship with Jet had been good enough to where he’d side with him. Or if Sokka would just be willing to turn them in now that the opportunity had presented itself. A few months ago, maybe he would have. Now; however, the tense uncertainty of Zuko’s stance felt like a slap in the face.
