Summary
The events from Secret of the Sundrop go very differently.
The rocks respond to Rapunzel's distress and "save" her from Varian, which she believes lead to his death. She leaves Corona with the others, guilt weighing her down.Little does she know, he isn't dead. In fact, a kind stranger found him and brought him to their home, just outside of Corona. With the help of someone else they saved, they get Varian back on his feet. The two decide to travel with him as he follows the path of black rocks, chasing Rapunzel and seeking answers.

Summary
Corona faces a danger like they've never seen before. A group of invaders, an army born from a group of traitors that burned their kingdom to the ground long, long ago, seeks to do the same to Corona and it's allies and take their land for themselves. After a brutal first attack on the village of Old Corona, the kingdom's capital itself is next in line to be hit.
The royal guard vastly outnumbered and outmatched, Rapunzel must take it upon herself to find another way to stop them. By her side are her boyfriend Eugene, best friend and lady in waiting Cassandra, and friend Varian- a young alchemist who witnessed what the invaders are capable of firsthand. They're also joined by new allies, such as a mysterious young woman named Yue, who seems to have some sort of past with the attackers, and Adira, a warrior from a far away kingdom that may have ties with Rapunzel's destiny.
And on top of it all, a darkness still approaches. The black rocks continue to seek out the living embodiment of the Sundrop, Rapunzel, who's healing powers have recently returned. With both of these threats looming on the horizon, will they be able to save Corona from destruction? Or has the kingdom's time come to an end?

Dogma and Cody Toscarina are the prince and princess of a kingdom ruled by their mother. For years now their mother has been hiding the details of the death of their father from the entire kingdom, including her children, and the people are done with her secrecy, and wish for someone else to take the throne.
Naturally the most obvious choice would be one of her children, but Dogma stepped down from the role several years prior, so all of the pressure has now been put on Cody's shoulders. It's up to her alone to make the choice that will change the kingdom forever- The choice to kill her own mother.
