That he looked forward to their monthly get-togethers just to fuck each other's brains out from built up stress. That every time Doflamingo looks at him with lust filled lidded eyes it makes his chest tight with an unwanted emotion.
They were fuck-buddies. That was it. Sure, Doflamingo never let him top since the man was way too egotistical, but it was hard to object when he got his guts rearranged in such a pleasurable way.

Crocodile narrowed his eyes. Even before he met Dragon’s gaze he knew the meaning behind those words.
“In your dreams,” he growled.
“Certainly sometimes,” Dragon replied, without even a hint of shame. Crocodile would have hit him, if he didn’t think that’s what Dragon wanted him to do.
