    Drugs.

     

    The Empire had been supplying every Irken with drugs their whole life cycle. Keeping them feeling like they always do.

     

    Zim usually gets a dose of extra antipsychotics in order to decrease his need to destroy everything around him.

     

    Dib disrupts one of the deliveries and must face the consequences.
