I remember sitting at that pool ledge, my toes not even touching the water. Gods was I small and the others liked to rub it in. It was all fun and games though, and they said it with love.
Underneath my feet they were playing, the five of them to my left, two other friends on my right.
Damn my weak knees, I wished I could swim. I stared ahead, trying to focus myself from the many conversations around me. I zoned in on a particular conversation and I wished I never did.==================
