“You’re awake!” The angel says, voice sounding incredibly happy. It takes on a more wary tone as the angel’s silhouette moves in the doorway. “Don’t be afraid, we’re here to help!”
What an angelic, holy thing to say, Simon can’t help but think.

Essentially a fic focusing slightly more than average on the religious aspects of Simon and how that on top of the entirely different culture of a dystopian future would affect his interactions with Rocky and Grace.

Simon thought he'd died. He remembered releasing that stupid black box, he remembered the blood and pain, he remembered Ellie's teeth cracking down on SM-13.
Then he woke up, floating in that hateful submarine, in a pool of blood. Intact. Had that all been some terrible nightmare? Had he failed and was now doomed to die slowly in a portion of the ocean of blood?
Then the speaker that shouldn't be working cracked to life.

Grace was content with how his life was going. Sure, he was light years away from Earth and all the other humans. But he was alive, he had a best friend and a whole planet that cared for his happiness and well-being. He got to teach once more and had a beautiful view that was created just for him.
But he was lonely. He had Rocky and the other Eridians of course, but he could really do with a cat or something to cuddle and love. Not that anything like that was going to happen -
Wait, why was the ocean bubbling? Was that a voice? Light? What was happening?!

Summary
After Will kills Randall Tier in his home, not only does he have to deal with a broken window, bloody floor, injured dog, infuriating cannibalistic serial killer therapist, but a very inappropriate erection. Which leads to more realizations about himself and Hannibal's underlying motivations with himself. Touch-starved, sexually confused, and violently turned on by dreams of Hannibal, what else is there to do but make this the cannibal's problem?
Will is willing to risk a lot of things to capture the Chesapeake Ripper, but what he wasn't prepared for was the absolute turn of events when he realizes that Hannibal's feelings are a lot deeper than what he first suspected.
Hopefully, both of them can sort out their feelings for each other before someone gets killed or worse, someone falls in love.

Bruce knows he came back wrong, because he feels them all before he even really wakes up.
He’s lying on the cot in the Cave – that much he can tell amidst the fog he seems to be floating in, trying to reach toward consciousness – the fabric scratching at his back even through the Kevlar of his under-armor. His ears pick up the rumble of voices above him and, farther and higher, the chattering of bats, as clearly as if they were right beside him.
He can smell his family around him: Dick’s faint cologne to his right by the cot, Alfred’s too, as well as the hint of Earl Grey tea he must have drunk a couple of hours earlier before they all returned from patrol. He smells the leather of Tim’s gloves, standing a few meters to his left alongside Duke and Cassandra. Gunpowder from Jason’s weapons and the residue on his hands. And Damian, who smells faintly like Gotham’s rain and his herbal shampoo, but is also covered in the heavy, unmistakable stench of cat and dog.
Titus, Bruce’s mind supplies, and Alfred the cat. He scrunches his nose, surprised by how violently the smell irritates him.
Or: after an encounter with their villains of the week, Bruce finds himself turned into a monster.

Arthur stared at the bloody petals in his hand. It felt as if the world around him crumbled into heavy pieces. He couldn’t breathe. It felt as if his throat closed and his rapid heartbeat was so loud he was sure the others around him could hear it.
He had coughed up flower petals. Here they were, right in front of his face. Taunting him.
A long, long while ago, Hosea started coughing up flowers. It was an awful time, and Arthur winced at the memory of him being in pain, choking on his own blood and on petals. Arthur could still remember Hosea’s exact words as if it were yesterday… “I’ll be fine, son. Don’t you worry. It’s just Hanahaki.”
Hanahaki… was that it?
“Hanahaki, it’s an illness born from unrequited love.”

Dutch and Hosea have rescued Arthur off the streets and taken him in. Now, it's starting to seem the hardest and most dangerous of challenges will be convincing the boy of his place with them.
