Summary
Students come to Beacon Academy, seeking to be Huntsmen and Huntresses, for many reasons. For Blake Belladonna, it's to advance her lifelong mission of protecting Faunuskind. For Ilia Amitola, it's following her closest friend, finding comfort in her shadow. For Weiss Schnee, it's a clean break from her tarnished reputation, to eventually follow in her sister's footsteps.
All Emerald Sustrai wants to do is put her past behind her, stay out of trouble, and maybe make some friends. But as she and her new team navigate school life, they'll find that trouble has a way of creeping in, and that none of them can ignore its call.

Summary
A Ruby-Penny swapped-at-birth Nuts and Dolts AU.
Ruby is raised within the confines of the Atlas Military as Ironwood’s anti-grimm pocket nuke. Penny, alone and adrift upon waking up memory-less on Beacon’s campus, gravitates towards its student body, because even if she already knows how to fight, the school has much to teach her.
Remnant isn’t ready for Atlas Ruby and Beacon Penny, but here they come.

Summary
Every year, the White Fang has a Congress of delegates from all chapters to determine their objectives, policies, and methods. Far from being a simple formality, the Congress ends up being the manifestation of the White Fang's deeply rich inner political arena, wherein groups of different tendencies fight to achieve representation, policy wins, or leadership of the entire organization.
For the last five years, Ghira Belladonna's reformist faction has held on to most of the seats, but time has not been kind to his methods, and Sienna Khan's faction is quickly gaining supporters. However, everything comes down to the two week long Congress which elects the leadership and decides on all resolutions proposed.
An in-depth look at a more intelligent and coherent White Fang, since the writers decided to make them into glorified anarchists at best and terrorists at worse. Some dense political theories here, but I'm sure you can read it!

Qrow chuckled.
“Well, yes, that's a big part of the job. But not all missions are about going around killing monsters everywhere. Sometimes we have to escort people to make sure they're okay. Sometimes we have to go undercover, and get involved in some ugly human stuff. When I was still at Beacon, my team and I got involved in some arms trafficking stuff. And more stuff like that.” he explained “The job of Huntsmen and Huntresses is to help and protect people from everything that intends to harm them.”
He drank again.
“And that's why I am here.” He continued. “To help you.”
